End Program-IEXPLORER.EXE (When shutting down computer)

Have you experience this problem on your computer this message pops up inside a dialog box when you try to shut down your machine.

( End Program - IEXPLORER.EXE Ending Program...Please wait
If you chose to end the program immediately
you will lose any unsaved data. To end the program now, click End Now.) The problem here is the fact that my computer has always shut down properly, usually within 20
seconds.

I had that trouble last week ago and i try to surf to the internet for a answer, and I found this article or forum.
  1. Ran Spybot S&D or Ad-Aware to see if spyware is keeping IE "open"?

If there was no issue or if your computer is ad-ware free..
do this step...

Navigate to the following Registry key:

HKEY CURRENT USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Double click on the AutoEndTasks entry and replace the 0 with a 1 in the Value data text box

In the same registry location, on the right side if the value doesn't already exist add the Dword value: WaitToKillAppTimeout and give it a value of 2000

Then go to H_K_L_M / System / ControlSet001 / Control / and again if it doesn't exist create the Dword WaitToKillServiceTimeout and give it a value of 2000

Then do a Registry Search for both of those DWord values and wherever they appear change the value to 2000

Reboot your computer still the problem there?

Reboot again...

Thats it.
